Something they don't teach you at chef school

Do not, in any circumstances, scratch your balls if you've just handled chili. It goes through clothing too. My balls are on fire! Feels like I have been bikini waxed or something.

That, and I just hurt my eye. A branch hit it while I was walking my dog... Right to the open eye. And it was a spruce, no less. Spiky goodness, yes... It's still hurts a little but at least I can keep it open.
