B-12

B12 is the only vitamin you can't get from vegetables. This creates a bit of a problem with vegans who must eat pills to fill their diet. Now I'm sure all the vegans would be happy if they didn't have to eat pills, but fear not, I have good news!

There is another source of b-12 vitamin than meat.
